High Bank Distillery is proud to announce the release of The Mission Series, a limited-edition collection of five OHLQ single barrel picks crafted to celebrate Ohio as the birthplace of aviation. Crafted for Ohio whiskey enthusiasts, the Mission Series transforms every bottle into a destination. Named after legendary figures—Chronos I, Odin II, Freya III, Ares IV, and Helios V—each selection represents its own unique mission, complete with custom space-inspired artwork and a flavor profile worthy of its namesake.

Tasting Notes: Notes of cherry, root beer, vanilla, nutmeg, oak & cola hit the nose, followed by a mouth of cherry, vanilla, leather, oak, spice, cola & chocolate fudge, with a sharp, short, peppercorn, low tannin & buttery finish.

A blend of cask strength whiskey finished in Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso and Armagnac casks for 4 months.
Tasting Notes: Notes of puff pastry, cranberry, brown sugar, almond, vanilla & nutmeg, with a palate of vanilla, grape, buttered croissant, sea salt & toasted almond, with a soft, creamy, tannic & high viscosity finish.

Our signature Whiskey War Double Oaked aged in an Oloroso Sherry cask for 14 months.
Tasting Notes: Notes of Grape, mixed berry fruit leather, peppercorn, toffee & vanilla on the nose, with a palate of Grape, salted caramel, apple pastry, leather & blackcurrant, finishing with viscosity up front with leather, blackcurrant & wine tannins.
WHISKEY WAR BARREL SELECT - CIGAR CASK IN COGNAC

Our signature Whiskey War Cigar Cask aged in a Cognac cask for 5 months.
Tasting Notes: Notes of shea butter, cedar, grape, cinnamon, fig & dehydrated mango on the nose, with a palate of shea butter, apple cinnamon, mango & vanilla cream, with a short, tobacco finish.
