COLUMBUS, OH — A story rooted in Prohibition, comes to life with never before released, cask strength Double Oaked Whiskey War.
High Bank Distillery Co. is proud to release their Gunpowder Series, a four-bottle, cask strength Double Oaked lineup under the award-winning Whiskey War Barrel Select program. Each batch in the Gunpowder Series showcases a unique persona — The Distiller, The Bootlegger, The Outlaw and The Patriot.
At the heart of each batch lies four different specially treated 24-month air-aged oak barrels, uniquely charred and toasted to draw out distinctive tasting profiles, ranging in proof from 116.4 to 117.0.

Tasting Notes: Cherry, leather and caramel on the nose lead to butterscotch, macadamia and oak, finishing with light oak and powdered chocolate sweetness.
All bottles go on sale Friday, July 25th. They majority of the bottles will be available for purchase in select OHLQ stores across the state, as well as a limited amount will be released at High Bank Co.’s three retail locations in Grandview, Gahanna and Westerville.
