INGREDIENTS

  • Mint

  • Demerara syrup

  • High Bank Whiskey War

  • Soda water

MINT JULEP COCKTAIL METHOD

  1. Start with a mint leaf

  2. Add about ⅓ of an ounce of Demerara

  3. Gently muddle the mint (don’t press too hard)

  4. Add 2 ounces of Whiskey War and stir

  5. Add 2 ounces of soda water and stir again

  6. Top with ice and a mint leaf
