We've seen an increase in brands here at Seelbach's coming out of various parts of Ohio, and all with exceptional products. High Bank Distillery was founded in 2017, but been making quite a splash with their spread of whiskeys - including being named Best Blended Whiskey in the San Francisco World Spirits Competitions the last three years in a row.
After their 2023 win, Master Distiller and co-founder Adam Hines had the following to say:
"My goal in starting this distillery, just 5 years ago, was to be seen as comparable products to the big names in the spirits industry. I did not want to be just good for a distillery in central Ohio.
