THREE BARREL SELECT BOTTLES ARE SET TO RELEASE THIS JUNE
COLUMBUS, OH — High Bank Distillery Co. is set to release three barrel selects this June, including one Whiskey War Barrel Select and two Statehouse Gin Barrel Selects.

Our last Whiskey War Barrel Select, Double Double Pinot Noir - Batch #11, won us the title of Best Blended Whiskey In America for the third year in a row. Our team is thrilled about the recognition these one-of-a-kind products are receiving.
The execution of our barrel select bottles really is a team effort. We source unique barrels, collaborate about which spirits could work best in specific casks and taste through the flavors at various timeframes. Our classic rye-heavy mash bill that has been second aged in an Oloroso
Sherry wine cask for 11 months (total age of 6 years).
Tasting Notes: Toasted oak and caramel on the nose with a caramel corn and nut with hints of leather and peppercorn on the palate with a cherry and lingering oak and apple rind finish.

Our classic Statehouse Gin aged for 8 months in a Madeira wine barrel with an orange citrus campfire finish.
Tasting Notes: Orange creamsicle and campfire on the nose with spiced oak and charred fruit on the palate with an oakey and tannic finish.

Our classic Statehouse Gin aged for 8 months in three Madeira wine barrels and one Cabernet wine barrel then blended to perfection.
Tasting Notes: Flat orange cream soda on the nose with a light mixed berry and lemon lime zest taste. Finishing with floral notes and hints of citrus and anise spice.
