Cointreau
Lemon juice
Cognac
Lemon wedge
SIDECAR COCKTAIL METHOD
Pour ¾ oz of Cointreau into a shaker cup
Add ¾ oz of lemon juice
Add 2 oz of Cognac
Add ice and shake it
Pour over a strainer into a coup glass
Garnish with a lemon wedge
